    Email support

    Email contact@arabently.com. Arabently normally responds within 48 hours. Support is handled on Riyadh, Saudi Arabia time.

    Instagram and YouTube

    Prospective students may also send Arabently a direct message on Instagram. Educational videos are published on the Arabently YouTube channel.

    Support for enrolled students

    Enrolled students receive a private WhatsApp contact and may use it or email for questions about course lessons, learning difficulties, suggestions, feedback, access, or refunds.

    Direct course support does not include translation work, unrelated services, or private tutoring unless separately agreed in writing.

    Payments and statement charges

    Online card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Arabently does not store your full card details. A card charge may appear as ARABENTLY.

    If you do not recognize a charge, contact Arabently promptly so it can be identified and resolved.

    Privacy requests

    For access, correction, or deletion requests concerning personal information, email contact@arabently.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Arabently may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
