Terms of Service

Arabently is a Canada-based sole proprietorship that provides online Saudi Arabic education. By using the website, applying for program access, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

The Foundational Saudi Arabic Program combines a structured digital course, listening practice, vocabulary flashcards, private onboarding, and speaking sessions for learners who want a practical foundation in everyday Saudi Arabic, especially the Najdi dialect used in Riyadh and central Saudi Arabia.

The program contains 10 units. Units 1–4 are available now, and Units 5–10 are included and will be released progressively. Students whose one-time payment is complete or whose installment plan remains current receive the published materials, remaining units as they are released, and future updates added to the Foundational Program.

Arabently may improve the order, presentation, structure, or content of lessons as the program develops, while preserving the overall product purchased.

Your account and program access are personal to you. You may not:

• Share, sell, transfer, or give another person your account.
• Copy, record, download, publish, redistribute, or resell course materials except where Arabently expressly permits it.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the platform, or use the content for a competing product or service.

Arabently may suspend or terminate access when an account is used fraudulently, shared, or used to copy or redistribute protected content. This is separate from the program's no-questions-asked refund promise during the published refund window.

The one-time program price is $650 USD. If any taxes apply, the complete amount payable is displayed before payment. Online card payments are processed securely by Stripe, and Arabently does not store your full card details.

Eligible buyers may be offered a two-payment or three-payment plan. The exact totals, automatic charge schedule, cancellation rules, and missed-payment terms are explained in the Payment & Installment Terms.

Your statement may show the charge as ARABENTLY.

Arabently manually sends an invitation or registration link within 24 hours after successful payment. The complete delivery process is explained in the Delivery & Access Policy.

Lifetime access means continued access to the Foundational Program for as long as Arabently continues to operate and support the program. Fully paid students are guaranteed at least 12 months of access from the date access is delivered. Arabently currently intends to support the program indefinitely but cannot guarantee that a particular website, technology, or business will operate forever.

Lifetime access begins after the one-time price or installment plan has been paid in full. Students on an active installment plan have access while their payments remain current. A canceled or terminated installment plan does not provide lifetime access.

If Arabently permanently discontinues the program, it will provide reasonable advance notice where possible.

The Foundational Program includes a 14-calendar-day, no-questions-asked refund period beginning when Arabently sends the program invitation or registration link. Full details appear in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The program includes one private onboarding session and 10 private 30-minute speaking sessions. Students may also use the enrolled-student support channel for questions about the program, its lessons, learning difficulties, suggestions, and feedback. Arabently usually responds within 24 hours.

Additional one-on-one session packages may be offered separately to enrolled students at member pricing. General support does not include unlimited private tutoring, translation work, or unrelated professional services unless Arabently agrees to them separately in writing.

Arabently provides educational materials and guidance, but does not guarantee fluency or any particular employment, social, business, or personal outcome. Progress depends on factors including your starting point, time, consistency, and practice.

Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that every learner will achieve the same result.

Arabently owns or licenses the website, course videos, audio, transcripts, lesson structure, written materials, branding, and other course content. Purchasing access gives you a limited, non-transferable right to use the materials for your personal learning. It does not transfer ownership of the content.

Arabently works to keep the website and program available but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Hosting, internet, payment, storage, and other service providers may experience maintenance or downtime.

These Terms may be updated as the service develops. The current version and its updated date will remain published on this page.
