Delivery & Access Policy

Arabently sells access to a digital course. After successful payment, Arabently manually sends an invitation, registration link, or registration code to the email address associated with the purchase.

Access is sent within 24 hours after successful payment. Check your spam or junk folder and contact support if the invitation has not arrived within that time.

The Foundational Saudi Arabic Course is live and currently in beta. Four units are available now, and six additional units are in development and will be released progressively, one at a time.

The current Foundational Course page is the source of truth for the course curriculum and materials included at the time of purchase.

Founding members whose one-time payment is complete or whose installment plan remains current receive the remaining six units as they are released and future updates added to this Foundational Course. Arabently may adjust lesson order, presentation, or release timing as the course is built and improved.

A delay to an unpublished unit does not create an additional refund right outside the published 14-day refund window.

Course access begins after the first successful installment. Access remains active while payments remain current and becomes lifetime access after the plan has been paid in full.

A failed installment pauses access. Payment within 30 calendar days after the due date restores access. If the payment remains overdue after 30 days, the plan and course access terminate. See the Payment & Installment Terms.

Lifetime access means continued access to the Foundational Course for as long as Arabently continues to operate and support that course. Fully paid founding members are guaranteed at least 12 months of access from the date access is delivered.

Arabently currently intends to support the course indefinitely but cannot guarantee that a particular website, technology, or business will operate forever. If the course is permanently discontinued, Arabently will provide reasonable advance notice where possible.

Students need:

• A reliable internet connection.
• A current web browser on a desktop or mobile device.
• An email account they can access.
• A device capable of playing audio and video.

Arabently may update the self-built platform, move infrastructure, reorganize lessons, or replace outdated materials. The platform also depends on hosting, database, media-delivery, internet, and other services that may occasionally experience maintenance or downtime.

If a platform change affects access, Arabently will make reasonable efforts to provide updated instructions or another practical access method.

For access problems, email contact@arabently.com with your name, the email used for payment, and a brief description or screenshot of the issue. Arabently normally responds within 48 hours.

Nothing is shipped by post or courier. References to delivery, fulfillment, or access mean digital course access unless an offer expressly says otherwise.
